What is Wu mind?

It is the mind on wu… drunk with momentum. It is the mind of the Next Moment. The way into wu mind is to SHIFT the attention forward in time, just a fraction of a moment, into what Khan calls the Dragon’s Lair, or Lair of the Next Moment.

What is Deja Wu?

It is the practice of  learning the shift and release method, and  applying the resulting Wu mindt to challenges.   It is also known as Riding the Dragon.

What are the main components of the Deja Wu method?

Put simply there are two. The shift and the release.  Shifing forward in time, ever so slightly, just ahead of the present moment. we enter an sweet spot for our attentino. The lair of the Wu Dragon. From their, it’s all about the mounting and riding the dragon. A metaphor for being carried by wu momentum. And to do this, we must RELEASE our efforts to control things with our frontal brains. Staying shifted, and allowing wu to take control, is how we sustain the ride on Wu Dragon for longer and more difficult periods of challenge.

How does Deja Wu work its magic?

In short, we are hijacking the power of prediction and anticipation that evolved in our neuron’s DNA over millions of years. This means as Wu Riders, we  are  one  step ahead and lazered in on our goal.   Riders  are able to anticipate and predict better through a simple shift , suppression of logical control, and trust in the Dragon.
